Returns Policy

  • Eligibility: We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 15 days of purchase.
  • How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please email us at enquiries@areds2shop.co.uk with your order number and details. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.
  • Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is opened, damaged, or not in a resellable condition.

Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund request has been approved.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed, and the funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

  • We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty.

Delivery Issues

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, AREDS2Shop cannot be held liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or other couriers, including during industrial action or other disruptions.
