How delivery works

We hold all our AREDS 2 PreserVision stock here in the UK, so your order ships domestically with Royal Mail – quickly and with nothing extra to pay on arrival.

We dispatch orders twice a week. Once your order is on its way, most parcels arrive within 2–4 working days via Royal Mail Tracked. If you order just after a dispatch day, your parcel simply goes out in the next batch – there's nothing to worry about.

How much does delivery cost?

Nothing. Delivery is completely free on all UK orders, whatever the pack size – the price you see at checkout is the total price you pay. There are no handling fees, and because we import in bulk and pay all duties up front, there are no customs charges either.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll email you a Royal Mail tracking number so you can follow its progress all the way to your door. If you checked out as a guest and can't find the email, just get in touch and we'll resend your tracking details.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom. If you're outside the UK and would like to order, please email us first and we'll let you know what's possible.

Delays & delivery issues

We do everything we can to get your order out promptly, but once a parcel is with Royal Mail it's in their hands – so we can't be held responsible for delays caused by their service (for example during very busy periods, bad weather or industrial action). These are rare, and parcels usually catch up within a day or two.

If your tracking hasn't updated, or your order hasn't arrived when you expected it, please email us with your order number and we'll chase it up. If a parcel is genuinely lost, we'll reship or refund it – no quibble.
